Redefine what self-care really means to you.
I think we’re often spoon-fed what “self-care” is supposed to look like—but the truth is, it can (and should) be much more personal than that. So many of us, myself included, follow trainers, coaches, therapists, doctors, journalists—you name it—who tell us what self-care should be. And while a lot of it is positive, it’s not always aligned with our individual lives or what truly resonates.
So I invite you to ask yourself: What actually clicks for me? And how can I bring more of that into my life?
Explore the supplements, movement, and nutrition that feel meaningful to you—not just the same recycled routines. This is your opportunity to figure out what genuinely supports your system… and what doesn’t.
For example, does sitting still and meditating to soft flute music sound nourishing to you…Or not? Does a peaceful trail walk sound grounding, or does the thought of running into a snake completely ruin the experience?
If you’re feeling stuck, bored, or not seeing the results you want, don’t take that as a sign to give up—take it as a cue to keep exploring.
And if you want support along the way, reach out. I’d love to help you figure out what truly lights you up.
