Supplements you should know about:

Let me start by saying what you’ve probably heard a thousand times: everyone is different, and what works for me may not work for you. I’m not a medical doctor, and I’m not recommending that you take any of these—this is simply what I’m currently using and exploring.

I’m especially interested in brain health and cognitive longevity, given my family history of Alzheimer’s, as well as aging strong and maintaining overall wellness. I don’t take all of these every single day, but I do take most of them regularly.

I also like to experiment—paying attention to how I feel and deciding what’s worth continuing.

With that in mind, here are some of the supplements I take and think are worth researching:

  • Creatine

  • Omega-3

  • Vitamin D

  • Sulforaphane

  • Pregnenolone

  • DHEA

  • Magnesium Threonate

  • Benfotiamine (Mega-Benfotiamine)

  • Resveratrol

  • Turmeric

  • Bromelain

  • NAC

  • Multi-vitamin
